Care Instructions for you and your new jewellery
Your new jewellery will require care occasionally to protect you and the jewellery. The following is recommended:
-Remove jewellery when performing heavy sweating exercise, swimming, and showering as any substances like water, oil, chlorine, perfume, and sweat may damage the jewellery.
-Use warm water and mild soap to rinse off any residues, if you need to clean. Never use alcohol or any chemicals as they may cause discoloration or other adverse reactions. Always dry your body and jewellery thoroughly before reinserting. Use soft non-abrasive cloth to avoid scratching.
-If you have had any reaction to the certain materials, we do not recommend any jewellery made with exact or similar material as you may have a similar reaction.
-For wooden jewellery, we recommend occasionally oiling the jewellery with jojoba oil to maintain the pristine condition and to avoid cracking, which may happen with the dryness.
- Do not use organic materials such as wood in a fresh piercing. Use in fully healed piercings only.
- When trying on earrings, do not force anything into your earlobe which does not fit. Consider if your piercing has closed slightly or if you need to re-pierce.

Returns & Exchanges
Contact within: 5 days of delivery
Send items back within: 14 days of delivery
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Earrings
Returns and exchanges within 14 days only if the sealed package is completely unopened.
You will be able to inspect the items through a see through envelope before accepting. This policy is due to strict British hygiene laws, which do not allow returns or reselling of intimate items that may come into contact with bodily fluids. The safety of all customers is paramount.
All other items
Contact within 5 days of receipt. Items need to be received back within 14 days if in the UK/30 days outside of the UK.
The Distance Selling Regulations (UK Law) allows returns for any reason for on-line purchases, provided they are unused and returned within 14 days. Intimate items such as earrings (see above) are specifically excluded.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
